The Beginning
I am chubby right now. I have been most of my life. It started around the age of 19 and slowly added on, more and more. At the age of 30, I dropped 40 pounds. Then at the age of 31 put it back on with pregnancy and never took it off again. I am happily married, but I do have cancer. It is technically in remission.
I am 39, 5' 4" and per my household scale weigh 190 lbs. I am a size 16. This will be my way of being honest with myself.
Starting today, well, really this afternoon, I will start watching what goes in my mouth more. I am going to start with the gestational diabetes diet I used while pregnant with number 2. My goal will be:
Breakfast: 30g of Carb
Snack: 30g
Lunch: 45g
Snack: 30g
Dinner: 45g
Snack: 30g
As I can, I will also report a good general diary of what I eat. Maybe it will help me lose along the way.
